Monthly subscription: My subscription to SNAP! will cost
me USD59.95 per month and is payable on the same day
of each month (or in the case of a month where the that day falls on a weekend
or public holiday, on the next working day) by monthly card payment. Where
a Free Subscription period is offered, my first payment will be at the end
of that period. Where a special promotional subscription price is offered,
that subscription price is available to me until the offer expires or my
subscription is terminated, whichever is the earlier.
How to cancel: In the event that I wish to cancel my
SNAP! subscription, I may do so after providing notice in writing (by email)
to SNAP! at .
Provided notice is received before my next monthly payment, my monthly payment
will be cancelled by SNAP!
Refund policy: I have the right to cancel my purchase
within 14 days of first signing up and receiving my login details for the
SNAP! Service by email. If I notify
that I wish to cancel my order in writing by email, my payment will be returned
and my access to SNAP! suspended.
Cancellation or suspension of SNAP!: I acknowledge that if I fail to pay my SNAP! standing
order or monthly card payment, or if for some reason my payment does not
go through as planned, my access to SNAP! may be suspended until payment
has been received. I also acknowledge that if the situation is not resolved
to the satisfaction of SNAP!, my subscription may be terminated without
further notice. I acknowledge that my access to SNAP! may also be suspended
or terminated without notice if I am thought to be in breach of copyright
(see below). In all other circumstances, I understand that SNAP! may choose
at its sole discretion to discontinue my subscription to SNAP! for any reason
whatsoever by providing no less than two weeks' notice in writing to me
at the email address that I have provided most recently.
Changes to SNAP! products and services: I understand
that changes may be made to SNAP! product and services from time to time,
and that I will be advised of such changes as they occur and, where possible,
with reasonable notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, alterations
to the way in which services are delivered, new restrictions or limits being
put in place with regard to any of the SNAP! products and services, the
addition of new SNAP! products and services or the discontinuation of existing
services. I acknowledge that if I am dissatisfied with any enhancements
or changes made to the service, I may discontinue my SNAP! subscription
at any time as outlined above (see: "how to cancel").
Copyright protection: I acknowledge that SNAP! is subject
to international copyright laws and that these laws are binding on me and/or
my business. Specifically, I acknowledge that I am entitled to download,
print, save electronically and use the SNAP! manuscript and any of the SNAP!
resources or SNAP! communications for my own business use, but that such
use does not include publishing, sharing or otherwise disseminating the
SNAP! manuscript to anyone else for their use, or any other act or omission
which constitutes breach of copyright according to copyright laws in the
UK or internationally. I also acknowledge and agree that electronic versions
of SNAP! may be tagged so that individual versions of the documents can
be traced back to any one subscriber and that if I am found to have wrongfully
distributed or otherwise published SNAP! without the express written permission
of the authors, I may be subject to legal action for breach of copyright,
and that if found to be in breach, I will pay all legal costs and any damages
which I am ordered to pay.
Use of Virtual Marketing Help Desk: I understand that
the Virtual Marketing Help Desk is available to me while I subscribe to
SNAP!. This service is intended as a tool I can use to get help on general
marketing questions or to find out how I can pursue a more detailed answer
for myself or through another channel suggested by the Help Desk. The Help
Desk is intended to provide quick answers on frequently asked marketing
and PR questions, and I acknowledge that my use of this service is subject
to "reasonable use" as determined solely by SNAP! I understand
that the SNAP! team may choose to decline to answer questions which require
lengthy or complicated analysis. I agree to use the Help Desk reasonably,
and not abuse the service in any way.
Minimum system requirements: To take full advantage of
SNAP! I understand that I may need Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 (which can be
downloaded for free from www.adobe.com),
Microsoft Office, a PC and an internet connection, all in good working condition,
and that SNAP! is an internet based system.
No liability: I acknowledge that while the marketing
guidelines, ideas and resources which form SNAP! have been developed for
the benefit of entrepreneurs such as me, my use of these business tools
is subject to my own decision-making, judgement and actions, and ultimately
the decisions I make about promoting my business are mine. I agree that
the creators of SNAP! (or any entity associated with them) cannot be held
liable by me for any loss or damage caused as a direct or indirect result
of implementing or executing anything from SNAP! or using any of the associated
resources.
